'Beautiful Villa'
'The Villa is perfectly located, close enough to Ayia Napa to walk in but far enough away that you don’t get all the noise. Themis was the perfect host, he couldn’t do enough for us. We had a late flight and didn’t arrive at the villa until 22:30 and Themis was there to meet us to show us around. The villa is gorgeous, everything that you need and more. Christina was also lovely, a friendly face who again couldn’t do enough for you. On our last day we had a late flight home, Themis organised for us to go to some nearby apartments so we could leave our things and get changed. The views are amazing and you are a short walk away from the sea where you can walk to the harbour. We will definitely be returning to the villa.'

'Just wow...'
'Just wow. First of all, Themis was a great host with good understanding for us youngsters. He knew how to satisfy our needs. The Villa is perfect for chilling out through the day and going out at night. Or if you just want to chill out, you can stay in. First i was a bit sceptical about the electricity, but we used the aircon the whole night in every room and cooked our own food a few times and we were bang on - so no worries. The deposit is surprisingly low considering how many things can be broken. The pool is just wow. It gets cleaned a lot and it is huge. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are confortable. The cleaning lady came cleaning every day and even though we didnt clean up mich it was clean every morning. Themis also organised our transfer from The airport to the villa and back - which was great. All in all there is nothing i didnt love about the villa. If you respect Themis he will respect you and there is nothing standing in your way. Thanks Themis!'
